Terms of use

Last updated Aug 20, 2026

These are the terms you agree to when you create an account. They are written to be read, not to be skipped — if anything here is unclear, ask us before you buy.

1. What we provide

A subscription that gives you access to our servers, delivered as a single subscription link you add to a VPN client. The client application itself is made by somebody else and we neither own nor support it, though our guides explain how to use it. What each plan includes — devices, data, locations — is shown on the pricing section at the time you buy.

2. Your account

You give a real email address you control, because that is where your subscription and everything about your billing is sent. Keep your password to yourself; anything done with your account is treated as done by you. One person, one account. Your subscription is for your own devices — sharing your link outside your household is what the device limit exists to prevent, and repeatedly working around it can end the subscription.

3. Paying and renewing

You pay for a fixed number of months, up front, at the price shown when you place the order. Nothing renews by itself and no card is kept on file: when the time runs out, you buy again or you do not. You may also hold a balance with us and spend it on subscriptions or send it to another customer; a balance is credit for this service and is not withdrawable as money.

4. Refunds

If a new subscription does not work for you and we cannot make it work, write to us and we will refund it or extend it, whichever you prefer. This is meant for a purchase that failed, not for a change of mind after months of use. Refunds go back the way the money came, and a subscription cancelled for breaking these terms is not refunded.

5. What you may not do

Do not use the service to break the law where you are, to attack or scan other people's systems, to send spam, or to resell access to anyone. Do not attempt to interfere with our servers or with other customers' use of them. We will end an account doing any of these, and we will cooperate with a lawful request about it.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service reachable and we replace locations that stop performing, but no VPN can promise an uninterrupted connection, least of all across a filtered network. Servers are occasionally taken down for maintenance and locations are added and removed as the service grows. A temporary outage is not a failure to deliver the subscription; a long one, we will make up to you.

7. Changes and ending the agreement

We may update these terms, and the date above shows when we last did. A change that materially affects you will be announced by email before it applies to a subscription you already hold. You may stop using the service at any time, and you may ask us to delete your account — the privacy page explains what happens to your data when you do.
